Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and any orders placed with Ventio Media Solutions Ltd t/a Key Marketing (“Key Marketing”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope

We manufacture and supply custom keyrings and related promotional/branding products, along with associated design and production services. Some processes may be carried out by approved subcontractors (e.g. plating, resin doming, specialist print) to meet quality or capacity requirements. Responsibility for your order remains with us.

3. Quotes, Orders & Proofs

• Quotes. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and may change if specifications, materials, or quantities change.
• Order formation. An order is formed when you approve our proof/specification, submit an online order, or confirm in writing (including email/PO).
• Proof approval. We will supply a digital (and, if agreed, physical) proof. Production starts only after written approval. You are responsible for checking spellings, sizing, placement, colours (Pantone references where applicable), and finishes.
• Lead times. Quoted lead times run from proof approval (and any required deposit), not from first enquiry.

4. Materials, Colours & Tolerances

• Colour. Reasonable variations may occur between on-screen proofs and final items. We use industry-standard tolerances for Pantone matching and plating/print processes.
• Dimensional tolerances. Unless otherwise agreed, size and placement tolerances of approximately ±1 mm are acceptable for print/engrave/attachment positioning.
• Finishes. Minor variations in metal plating, resin doming, leather/grain, and surface texture are normal and not defects within reasonable limits.
• Natural materials. Leather/PU and similar materials may show grain or colour variation batch-to-batch.

5. Quantities, Over/Underruns & MOQs

• Manufacturing processes may result in a delivery variance of up to ±5% (or up to ±10% on small runs). We invoice the actual quantity supplied.
• Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply to certain processes and finishes. We will advise MOQs at quotation stage.

6. Tooling, Dies & Artwork

• Artwork supply. Please provide print-ready vector files where possible (e.g., AI/EPS/PDF with outlined fonts). We can assist with artwork by prior agreement.
• IP & warranty. You warrant you hold the rights or permissions to use any artwork, logos, or text supplied. You grant us a licence to use these solely to fulfil your order and you agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your materials.
• Tooling and dies. Unless a tooling “buy-out” is agreed, tooling/moulds/jigs remain our property. We may store them for 24 months from last use; after that we may dispose of them.

7. Pricing, Payment & VAT

• All prices are in GBP. VAT is charged at the prevailing UK rate.
• Deposits. We may require a deposit for custom/bespoke order
